Diffused Sensors
Diffused sensors, also known as diffuse reflective sensors, use the principle of reflection to detect objects within their sensing range. The sensor has a light source and a receiver housed in the same package. The light beam is emitted towards the target/object and reflected back to the sensor by the target. The object itself acts as a reflector, eliminating the need for a separate reflector unit. If you want to reliably detect contrast differences, Datavision diffuse sensors provide an economical solution.
