Safety Foot Switches

The safety foot switch is a foot operated emergency stop switch used on machines that cannot be operated by hand in the event of a dangerous situation. Most safety foot switches are equipped with an ergonomic protective shield o prevent accidental actuation. Safety foot switches have two contact blocks, each with one normally open and one normally closed contact. Two contact blocks are connected for easy connection to single-phase motors.
